After telephoning our out of hours Gp,s number and being told we didn't need to see a Dr for our 3 year old grandson, we decided to take him straight to A&E, where we saw Dr Yean, he was very kind, and interacted well with our grandson, we were there for four hours, and he made sure we were happy and confident with the treatment before leaving the hospital. We would be very happy to be seen by him again, he made a lasting impression.

Dr Yuen is now at George Elliot Hospital, Nuneaton. He directed his consultation at both my young child and I putting my child at ease. He gained information about the symptoms from both of us to get as much detail as possible, his tests appeared thorough and he told my child what he was going to do so they weren't scared. He explained his observations, told us what to do going forward and asked both of us if we had any questions. The consultation room was child friendly with cartoon images on the wall, all helping to put the child at ease. Thank you Dr Yuen for your professionalism and kindness. (p.s. my child loved the high five as we left).

Dr Yuen listened carefully. I am a difficult case but he had some good suggestions which we will follow up on with the help of the referals. Can he stay instead of leaving please?
